On our second meeting with Phil, we were presented with a very impressive artist image on computer of our backyard with image of the pool and this was all part of the 'no obligation free quote', very very professional!

We were then even sent images onto our computer so we could 'dream our dream' each day we turned on our computer!

Once we signed the agreement and decided to go ahead with our first ever pool (so exciting) we have just been so delighted with your ongoing customer service and relaxed and calm handling of the pool construction and assistance with landscaping and services.

I am sure we have driven you mad sometimes with our indecisions on colour and style of pool tiles! Our final choice (white glass crystal tiles) are simply stunning and you have been amazing throughout this time, such a big decision to make!

We also had a slight problem with our deck around the pool staining the pool line white tiles and we were extremely worried we had made a really bad error having the deck right to the pool edge!

Phil came to the rescue with his very relaxed, calm nature and fixed the problem with

an acid wash and informed us how to upkeep if the problem reaccures!
The finished product of our pool looks absolutely stunning and anyone who enters our house simply says 'WOW!'

Our 3 young children are very very excited about their new pool and I am sure as your business caption reads, "more than just a pool, its a lifestyle!!! How very true!!

Overall, you have been truly fabulous and we would highly recommend 'Serenity Pools' to anyone of our friends, relatives, neighbours or anyone considering a 'cool, pool' investment!!

I would like to pass on our thanks for a job well done. The completed pool surpasses all our expectations. It has taken almost 3 months to write and pass on our thanks because we have been so busy entertaining out family, friends and community in our new oasis.

We had many pool companies quote us on putting in a swimming pool. We were completely frustrated by the level of service being provided by these companies, some large and small. Then we were recommended Serenity Pools by a friend.

From the very first meeting with you Phil, our frustration was eased. The other companies relied on our ideas and provided no ideas or inspiration at all.

This is to certify, we have known Serenity Pools (Phil Kilworth) for a period of approximately two (2) years. Serenity Pools were responsible for the construction of a tiled pool and spa at our Residence in Beach Avenue, Inverloch.

We did much research into who we believed to be the best possible Company to build our Pool at our home. We went with serenity because Phil's easygoing nature, attitude and desire to be involved in the job from start to finish was of huge appeal. The thing that impressed us was that not only was Phil the "go to" person in terms of dealing with, he was actually on the site, in the hole at the total coal face of the job.

This was very comforting to us, the person you were dealing with was totally immersed in the project.

Phil had very competent staff and tilers who all had a friendly and Professional attitude. Phil always provided feedback as to where the job was at and time frames in which work would be completed in.

It was a huge decision to us whether to go fibreglass or concrete tiled. We are very pleased to have made the additional investment and believe Serenity Pools have delivered a wonderful product.

On handover Phil was also very professional and patient in explaining how all the equipment worked. Not only this after hand over and final payment we have made calls and Phil has been only willing to assist and oblige.

We have recommended Phil to many friends sinse and would have no hesitation in giving Phil a glowing endorsement as far as a bonafide, honest pool builder with fantastic integrity delivering a great product.
