CONSULTATION
The consultation process is one of the most important aspects of building your pool.
During this initial consultation, Philip Kilworth will meet with you on site to evaluate the land space, discuss budgets & design concepts, construction procedures and most importantly the reasons behind your investment in a pool, whether it be a lap pool for fitness, a family pool to keep children amused or simply to have a beautiful outdoor space to relax and unwind.
Serenity Pools have established great working relationships with Architects and Builders and are more than happy to meet with these professionals on site.
Once pool area, shape, depth, interior and exterior finish have been discussed, Phil will go back to his studio and prepare an obligation free quote for your consideration.
CONTRACT
For your peace of mind a legal contract is signed and a payment schedule to allow you to budget accordingly is set in place.
Serenity Pools believes a payment schedule can assist clients with their cashflow, making the most of their investment and meaning clients do not have to compromise on quality of materials.
DESIGN
Step 2: Based on the initial consultation Serenity Pools can deliver a personalised design plan from which changes can be made. Drawing from their years of experience, Serenity Pools can advise and discuss with you, your options relating to fencing, solar heating, self cleaning systems and pumps & filters.

Serenity Pools 3D pool design package
Sometimes it is difficult for clients to imagine what the swimming pool in their backyard will look like. The client may have an image in their mind, but is it the same image as the pool builders?
Serenity Pools offers a specialized Design Service through our Design partners using Pool Studios 3D Visualization Software. Should your project require a full design package, the Serenity Design team will create a rich, detailed virtual 3D model of your backyard. Drawn to scale, this package will allow you to see exactly what you can expect, ensuring you are completely satisfied with both the interior and exterior of the swimming pool.
